Payment Processing

Our website wallet is funded through Razorpay transactions. Wallet balances are non-refundable to bank accounts, do not expire, and must be used as a full payment method (partial wallet and card combination is not supported).

Refund and Cancellation

Refunds are permitted in cases such as damaged items or incorrect items delivered, provided a valid request is raised within 5–7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise specified. Orders may be cancelled only before delivery through the user account dashboard. Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable operational timeframe.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate our business, including Razorpay (payment processing), Hostinger (website hosting), logistics partners, email service providers, and Google Analytics (website analytics).
